Steps to make 胡萝卜面包

  • 1.胡萝卜蒸熟打成泥。
  • 2.所在原料用后油法揉至扩展阶段后室温下发酵至2--2.5倍大。
  • 3.将面团排气后等分成12份,盖上保鲜膜松驰15分钟。
  • 4.揉搓成圆锥状。
  • 5.擀成倒三角形。
  • 6.从上往下卷起来。
  • 7.排在烤盘里放温暖湿润处进行二次发酵。
  • 8.发酵好的面团均匀地刷上一层蛋液。(蛋液可与水1:1稀释一下。)
  • 9.烤箱预热,180度烘焙20分钟即可。
