  • 1.肥瘦相间的猪肉剁成肉馅,加葱姜蒜末打入两个鸡蛋用手把它抓均匀。。

  • 6.锅里放油,五成油温时转小火放入丸子。
  • 7.晃动锅柄让丸子均匀受热,慢慢炸熟。
  • 8.水开放入粉丝。
  • 9.开中火放入火腿肠及娃娃菜。
