意大利乡村面包

Steps to make 意大利乡村面包

  • 1.在一个大碗中,放入面粉,糖,盐,和酵母,搅拌均匀,再加入温水,橄榄油,和蛋清,搅拌均匀,揉成面团。
  • 2.在案板上撒上薄薄一层面粉,将面团至于案板上,揉10分钟左右至光滑。
  • 3.在大碗中抹上一层油,放入面团,包上保鲜膜,盖上毛巾,在温暖的地方发酵30至40分钟。
  • 4.在烤箱用纸上撒上一层谷物粉。
  • 5.锤两次发酵好的面团,排出面团内气体。
  • 6.拿一个碗倒扣在面团上,让面团松弛15分钟。
  • 7.将面团分成五份揉成纺锤形,放在烤箱用纸上,盖上保鲜膜,在温暖的地方发酵35到40分钟左右,至面团发酵成两倍大。
  • 8.烤箱预热170度,在面团上用刀深深地切出一条,刷上一层蛋清,撒上一层谷物粉,放入烤箱烤15到20分钟左右。
