  • 火腿1个
  • 马苏里拉奶油奶酪100克
  • 牛奶120克
  • 黄油少许
  • 酵母5克
  • 青椒少许
  • 番茄酱少许

Steps to make 土豆火腿番茄披萨

  • 1.番茄切碎,土豆切丁,依次放入热油锅中,加盐调味,煸炒成番茄土豆酱,备用。
  • 2.火腿切丁,青椒切丁,备用。
  • 3.将高粉、牛奶、酵母称量好,放入面包桶内。
  • 4.启动一个和面程序(20分钟),揉成光滑的面团,如图所示。
  • 5.启动发酵程序,发至两倍大小,如图所示。
  • 6.将面团排气、滚圆,然后,擀成九寸披萨盘大小的圆饼状,如图所示。
  • 7.将擀好的圆饼面坯放入抹有黄油的披萨盘中。
  • 8.用叉子扎眼,以防烤制过程中面坯鼓泡。
  • 9.将事先炒好的番茄土豆酱放在面坯上,铺匀表面。
  • 10.将一半的马苏里拉奶油奶酪放入,铺匀。
  • 11.将火腿丁、青椒丁放上,铺匀。
  • 12.再将另一半的马苏里拉奶油奶酪放入,铺匀。
  • 13.将装有面饼的披萨盘送入预热好的烤箱,250度,中下层,15分钟-20分钟。
  • 14.烤至10-15分钟时,取出,在表面挤上适量番茄酱装饰、调味。
  • 15.再次送上烤箱续烤至饼熟,取出,稍加冷却,即可切分食用。
