红糖核桃派

  • 细砂糖(派皮)15g
  • 水(派皮)45g
  • 核桃仁(馅料)200g
  • 黄油(馅料)30g
  • 细砂糖(馅料)40g
  • 红糖(馅料)80g
  • 水(馅料)15g
  • 鸡蛋(馅料)30g

Steps to make 红糖核桃派

  • 1.材料准备好
  • 2.低筋面粉和可可粉混合过筛
  • 3.加入白砂糖混合均匀
  • 4.将黄油切丁,和面粉混合
  • 5.然后用手用力的搓、抓,让黄油和面粉充分混合
  • 6.混合好的样子,粗砂状态
  • 7.倒入水
  • 8.揉成面团,然后用保鲜膜包好,静置1小时(天气热要放入冰箱冷藏)
  • 9.之后擀成面皮
  • 10.放入磨具中,擀去多余的面皮,放入烤箱180度,烤15分钟后拿出待用
  • 11.核桃仁铺在烤盘里,烤箱预热180℃,烤8分钟,拿出放凉备用
  • 12.红糖、细砂糖、水、黄油一起放入锅里,小火加热至糖全部溶解,然后倒入碗中放凉待用
  • 13.鸡蛋打成蛋液,倒入红糖液中混合
  • 14.放入烤过的核桃,拌匀
  • 15.随后倒入派皮中,烤箱预热170度,烤35分钟即可
