  • 六月香辣椒酱2勺

  • 1.辅料分别处理好。
  • 2.处理小龙虾;把小龙虾冲洗干净,剪去须和脚,把小龙虾泥肠抽掉,用刷子一个个洗刷干净,锅内加入适量水把小龙虾倒入加少许盐煮开加料酒继续煮一分钟后捞起滤干。
  • 3.所有食材全部处理完毕。
  • 4.准备炒锅一个,锅烧热加入植物油待六分热,把葱姜蒜和洋葱一起倒入翻炒。
  • 5.加入红油料20克,十三香调料粉50克,小龙虾倒入锅中,煮开后加入50毫升啤酒搅拌均匀后加适量水,水要没过小龙虾。
  • 6.继续大火煮开后加入甜辣酱搅拌均匀,转小火煮20分钟左右转大火,开始收汁至汤浓即可。装盘后撒上香菜或香葱。
