酸黄瓜四季豆炒肉末

Steps to make 酸黄瓜四季豆炒肉末

  • 1.将肉末放在锅里,中火,将其逼出水,勺去水,加1/4茶匙花椒粉、1/4茶匙胡椒粉、2茶匙生抽、1/4茶匙糖、1茶匙白兰地,搅拌均匀,煸肉末至水基本干,肉末发出香味,盛起备用;
  • 2.黄瓜S咸S咸的,一定要用清水漂洗一至两次,否则咸到不能吃,再和辣椒干一起锅,中火,水快干时下一茶匙糖调味,煸至干水,盛起备用;
  • 3.再开锅放水,加少许盐和油,水沸倒入四季豆粒,搅拌几下,等水开后片刻将四季豆捞起滤水备用;
  • 4.起锅放切成粒的葱、姜片、切成片的蒜头和辣椒段,爆香;
  • 5.倒入四季豆,点入精盐,翻炒片刻;
  • 6.倒入辣椒黄瓜粒,再翻炒几下;
  • 7.倒入肉末;
  • 8.翻炒几下后下1 茶匙料酒,兜几下,再洒几滴麻油作为明油,兜几下,可上盘。
