芒果班戟
天越来越热了,做几个班戟吧。放在冰箱里冰一冰,拿出来又凉又甜,真是过瘾。班戟是粤语音译,英文名字叫pancake,被称为薄煎饼、热香饼,是一种以面糊在烤盘或平底锅上烹饪制成的薄扁状饼。所以只需要一只平底锅,便可以做出美哒哒的清凉甜品来。

  • 牛奶200克
  • 低筋面粉70克
  • 鸡蛋液40克
  • 黄油10克
  • 糖粉20克
  • 淡奶油100毫升
  • 芒果一个

Steps to make 芒果班戟

  • 1.原料准备好
  • 2.鸡蛋和糖粉入大碗中
  • 3.搅拌均匀后,加入牛奶
  • 4.筛入面粉
  • 5.搅拌均匀,无干粉,倒入提前融化并晾凉的黄油液
  • 6.混合均匀后,过下筛,面糊更加细腻;然后静置20分钟后再使用
  • 7.不粘煎锅小火加热,倒入一勺面糊,摊成饼状,表面凝结并呈透明状时,出锅,注意噢,只煎一面,不要翻面
  • 8.所有的面糊都做成了小饼皮,晾凉使用
  • 9.芒果去皮切成小块
  • 10.淡奶油加入糖粉,用电动打蛋器打发到8、9成,不流动状态
  • 11.取一张饼皮,将光滑的那面朝下放,取适量的打发好奶油放在中间,放一块芒果,再盖一层奶油
  • 12.上下各往中心折
  • 13.两边再往中心折,然后倒扣,压住折边,光滑的表面露出来啦
  • 14.冰箱冷藏半小时以上再吃
  • 15.清凉、香甜
