咸肉菜饭
咸肉菜饭是上海人的家常饭, 饭里的菜是被上海人称作上海青的,我们称之为油菜, 现在正是油菜最多的时候, 用砂锅做出的焖饭,口感Q弹, 它的灵魂就是吃的时候趁热拌上一勺猪油。。。。

  • 猪油少许

Steps to make 咸肉菜饭

  • 1.准备材料,大米淘洗干净,用清水浸泡30分钟,油菜洗净
  • 2.洗净的油菜切成碎丁,腊肉用沸水冲洗一下,切成小丁
  • 3.炒锅中不放油,放入腊肉小火煸炒
  • 4.直至腊肉炒出油脂,多出的油倒出,放入油菜丁炒匀
  • 5.浸泡后的大米放入炒锅中,炒匀即可,关火
  • 6.所有的材料放入电砂锅中,放入清水刚刚没过食材
  • 7.接通电源后,选用煲仔饭功能,默认时间40分钟即可,几秒钟后自动开始烹饪
  • 8.提示音响起的时候,烹饪结束,看看做好的米饭
