自制沙拉酱

  • 白醋15克(或柠檬汁)(根据喜好,酌量添加)

Steps to make 自制沙拉酱

  • 1.准备好所有食材。
  • 2.蛋黄打入碗里,加白糖,用打蛋器打发。
  • 3.打发到蛋黄的体积膨胀,颜色变浅,呈浓稠状。
  • 4.加入少许油,用打蛋器搅打,使油和蛋黄完全融合。
  • 5.继续少量地加入油,慢慢地,酱越来越稠。
  • 6.此时,酱太浓稠,不好搅拌。
  • 7.添加1小勺白醋(柠檬汁)。
  • 8.继续搅打,碗里的酱变得稀一些,颜色渐渐由黄变白。
  • 9.重复少量多次的添加油、搅拌这一过程,直到油全部加进去,白醋(柠檬汁)不一定要全部添加,根据个人喜好,酌量加入。
  • 10.搅拌完成,沙拉酱做好了。做好的沙拉酱,装入消毒过的瓶子里保存。
