泰式鸡肉菠菜沙拉

  • 鸡胸肉2块
  • 菠菜嫩叶1把

Steps to make 泰式鸡肉菠菜沙拉

  • 1.鸡胸肉洗净擦干水分;
  • 2.番茄酱、红糖、酱油、苹果醋一起加在小碗里,蒜擦蓉、姜擦成末加进去拌匀;
  • 3.酱汁分两半;一半刷在鸡肉上;
  • 4.烤箱预热,中层上下火200度,放入鸡肉烤50分钟;
  • 5.沙拉蔬菜;
  • 6.豆芽洗净在开水焯一下断生;
  • 7.焯好的豆芽放大碗里,菠菜洗净;洋葱切丝,红椒切丝都放碗里;
  • 8.烤好的鸡肉稍晾凉;
  • 9.剩下的一半酱汁加适量花生油,倒入沙拉蔬菜中拌匀;
  • 10.拌好的沙拉放盘中,鸡肉切薄片摆放在沙拉上即可。
