  • 辣味粉少许

  • 生抽少许
  • 卤水少许

  • 白酒少许
  • 白糖少许
  • 姜汁少许

Steps to make 少油版炸鸡翅

  • 1.鸡翅清洗干净,滴干水后用调味碗装好,加入腌料中所有材料搅拌均匀。
  • 2.搅拌均匀后,用保鲜盒封装好,放冰箱冷藏入味,心姐是晚上腌制,第二天才炸制的。
  • 3.炸制前先取个汤碗,打入2个鸡蛋,加入面粉、盐、蚝油、辣味粉搅拌均匀。
  • 4.加入腌制过的鸡翅翻拌,这步骤要拌均匀一些。
  • 5.将准备好的面包糖放入保鲜袋中,然后一块块夹入沾满了粉浆的鸡翅,然后隔着保鲜袋翻拌,将袋子里的面包糠沾到鸡翅上备用。
  • 6.热锅放入两汤勺玉米油,继续加热油后,将沾满面包糖的鸡翅排入锅中。心姐贪方便,选用了烤锅,亲们制作时候,可以改用炒锅,饼铛来制作。
  • 7.因为锅中的油非常的少,炸制时候千万别用大火,不然糊底了也没炸熟鸡翅。记住全程保持中小火,多翻几次面炸制就可以了。
  • 8.别看油少,细心炸出来的鸡翅,香脆度不会差过大锅油炸出来的成品,而且肉质非常的鲜嫩,亲们值得试试。
  • 9.剩下的粉浆和面包糠倒一起,然后加点水搅拌均匀,如果湿度够就不要添加水了。
  • 10.随意的用勺子勺入锅中,轻轻摊平煎制。
  • 11.一会儿工夫,香脆的煎饼就做好了。
