  • 1.排骨清洗干净。
  • 2.放入除啤酒外所有的调料。
  • 3.腌拌入味。
  • 4.蒜头用了3个,剥成粒清洗干净。
  • 5.砂锅放油,放入蒜子炒香。
  • 6.再放入排骨。
  • 7.扣上锅盖,小火焗至变色。
  • 8.再倒入啤酒,中小火焖20分钟。
  • 9.时间到,水分已收干,撒上小香葱即可。
  • 10.成品。蒜香味的排骨,可非常下饭呢。
