Steps to make 番茄白蜜

  • 1.准备好所需要的原材料。
  • 2.将葱和蒜切成细丝,一勺番茄酱、两勺香醋、两勺白糖、少许盐、兑成碗汁备用。
  • 3.将里脊肉和土豆切成细丝备用(土豆丝用凉水过一遍洗去表面淀粉,不容易氧化变黑)。
  • 4.将鸡蛋液和适量干淀粉倒进土豆丝里。
  • 5.搅拌均匀土豆丝,使蛋液均匀裹满土豆丝。
  • 6.切好的肉丝加少许鸡蛋清,加少许料酒、一小勺味精、少许生抽抓匀腌渍入味
  • 7.锅里倒入宽量植物油,油七八成热的时候,将搅拌好的土豆丝下锅炸。
  • 8.炸至金黄色捞在盘子中间。
  • 9.炒锅留少许底油,油热后将肉丝划散,翻炒肉丝变色后盛出来。
  • 10.葱和蒜倒进炒锅里爆香。
  • 11.然后把炒好的肉丝倒进去,翻炒几下。
  • 12.将调好的碗汁倒进锅里,溜至金红色,碗汁粘稠粘裹在肉丝上关火。
  • 13.将炒好的肉丝倒在盘子里的土豆丝上,用橙子和小西红柿装饰即可。
