蛋糕与吐司的结合

  • 高筋面粉150克
  • 酵母2克
  • 白糖20克
  • 1茶匙
  • 牛奶80克
  • 黄油20克
  • 巧克力豆20克
  • 鸡蛋2个
  • 牛奶50克
  • 20克
  • 白糖30克
  • 低筋面粉50克
  • 咖啡分10克

Steps to make 咖啡蛋糕吐司

  • 1.将所有的面包原料混合(除了巧克力豆和黄油)成面团,加入黄油打制扩展阶段加入巧克力豆
  • 2.发酵至两倍大,将面团分成均匀的两份滚圆静止20分钟左右
  • 3.取其中一个擀长,翻面后卷起放入模具中发酵
  • 4.将白糖分3次加入蛋白中打发
  • 5.蛋黄与油,牛奶混合均匀
  • 6.加入低筋面粉混合成面糊
  • 7.取1/3的蛋白与蛋黄糊混合
  • 8.最后全部混合搅拌均匀
  • 9.将蛋糕面糊倒在发酵好的面包上
  • 10.最后烤箱预热190度烘烤45分钟左右切件即可
