  • 1.新鲜鲳鱼洗净在两面各划几刀备用。
  • 2.在小碗中调好糖醋待用。
  • 3.锅内加少许色拉油加热后放入鲳鱼。
  • 4.将鲳鱼两面稍煎。
  • 5.加酱油调味。
  • 6.倒入调好的糖酸再加半碗清水。
  • 7.盖上锅盖煮至汤汗浓稠后关火。
  • 8.撒上葱花出锅装盘即成。
