无油海绵蛋糕

  • 玉米淀粉20g
  • 鸡蛋3个
  • 白砂糖50g
  • 牛奶30g
  • 柠檬汁3至5滴

Steps to make 无油海绵蛋糕

  • 1.首先准备材料,称重备好。
  • 2.低筋面粉过筛,称重。
  • 3.鸡蛋打在干净无水无油的打蛋盆中。加3滴柠檬汁,用电动打蛋器开始打发,
  • 4.打至出现大气泡的时候,加入一半的细砂糖,继续打发
  • 5.当蛋白大气泡消失,变得细腻光滑的时候,加入另一半的白砂糖,继续打发。
  • 6.提起打蛋器,蛋白滴落不会很快消失的时候就可以了,也可以画8字,能画出8字的时候就可以了。
  • 7.筛入低筋面粉,用刮刀J字型翻拌均匀,不能画圈,防止消泡
  • 8.将牛奶分多次少量的加入的面糊中,不断翻拌,至搅拌均匀。
  • 9.做好的面糊细腻光滑,没有明显颗粒,
  • 10.将面糊用勺子舀至纸杯中,8分满即可。在桌面轻震几下。
  • 11.送入预热好的烤箱中,上下火150度烘烤25分钟,
  • 12.烤至15分钟后的样子。
  • 13.无油少糖的,口感松软的海绵蛋糕,做好了,来尝尝吧!
