实现紫苏自由啦!两个月的等待终于出劳动成果了呢,四月底种下的紫苏苗经过雨季,经过施肥,在这个六月底制作成紫苏酱便于保存。

  • 小米椒一大把
  • 青椒一把
  • 较多
  • 两勺
  • 鸡精两勺
  • 蚝油一勺
  • 酱油两勺
  • 白酒一勺

Steps to make 香辣紫苏酱

  • 1.采摘紫苏。
  • 2.把嫩嫩的叶子挑出来,杆子不要。
  • 3.紫苏清洗几遍,控水,表面的水分控干。
  • 4.大蒜,辣椒备用。
  • 5.大蒜去皮。
  • 6.辣椒去蒂清洗控水。
  • 7.用料理机搅碎备用。
  • 8.紫苏控水后收回切碎。
  • 9.锅里倒入较多的食用油,放入大蒜和辣椒碎中下火慢慢炸香。
  • 10.需要搅拌搅拌,避免大蒜糊锅。
  • 11.再放入紫苏煸炒出紫苏叶里边的水分。
  • 12.调味,根据个人口味调味。
  • 13.翻拌均匀关火晾凉,再装入干净无水的罐子里边,密封保存。
