燕麦牛奶吐司
现在用厨师机和面好像摸到了点门道,这两次和面一般30分钟就出薄膜了,这次的吐司做的很成功,特别松软,加了燕麦更健康。

  • 燕麦50克
  • 黄油10克
  • 白糖10克
  • 2克
  • 酵母4克
  • 鸡蛋1个

Steps to make 燕麦牛奶吐司

  • 1.除黄油外都放入厨师机,等面团光滑时放入黄油继续揉面
  • 2.揉出薄膜,取出进行发酵
  • 3.发好的面团
  • 4.排气后分成3份,醒15分钟
  • 5.擀成椭圆形
  • 6.卷起
  • 7.再擀成椭圆形
  • 8.卷起
  • 9.放入模具,进行发酵,发好的面包胚刷上蛋液,撒上芝麻
  • 10.烤箱预热,180度25分钟左右
