让寒冷的冬季多一份温暖----熬炒鸡
【熬炒鸡】是一道河南特色菜。尤其是在的冬季,河南干燥寒冷,吃上一道热乎乎的熬炒鸡,别提多美了。今天,我做的这道熬炒鸡稍作了一点修改,添加了郫县豆瓣酱,微辣,咸香,更加比较适合在冬季食用。
【鸡肉】的营养价值中蛋白质的含量较高,氨基酸种类多,而且消化率高,很容易被人体吸收利用,有增强体力、强壮身体的作用。鸡肉含有对人体生长发育有重要作用的磷脂类,是中国人膳食结构中脂肪和磷脂的重要来源之一。鸡肉对营养不良、畏寒怕冷、乏力疲劳、月经不调、贫血、虚弱等症有很好的食疗作用。
中医认为,鸡肉有温中益气、补虚填精、健脾胃、活血脉、强筋骨的功效。

Steps to make 让寒冷的冬季多一份温暖----熬炒鸡

  • 1.将鸡子切成小块。粉皮泡软煎成小片。葱切段,姜切片。
  • 2.锅内放油,放两颗八角、少许花椒,爆香。
  • 3.放一勺郫县豆瓣酱,煸出红油。
  • 4.倒入鸡肉,翻炒均匀。
  • 5.放入葱段和姜片。
  • 6.鸡肉变色后倒入少许开水,基本上和鸡肉持平。
  • 7.中小火炖10分钟后放入粉皮。
  • 8.再炖10分钟左右至粉皮软烂,根据情况放少许盐,少许鸡精,大火收汁即可。
  • 9.咸香微辣,十分温暖的美味熬炒鸡做好了。
