  • 1.鸭腿先泡去血水,擦干,用粗盐抹均匀,腌20分钟
  • 2.锅里放入海盐小火炒干,加入香料小火炒,有香味出来就可以加水了
  • 3.放入鸭腿,大火烧开,小火慢煮
  • 4.记得给鸭子翻身,免得粘锅,有时间可以用勺子将锅里的卤水不断淋到鸭腿上,这样的鸭肉更嫩滑
  • 5.小火慢煮30分钟后关火,将鸭腿浸在卤水2个小时(这样鸭腿会更香)
  • 6.可以上菜啦
