抄袭成功的:粉蒸肉
从“小羊小小”童鞋那学来的简单粉蒸肉!除了腌制和蒸的时间费时外,确实很方便又简单!
不过,要是能用自家制蒸肉粉就更无敌了,毕竟现成包装蒸肉粉实在是味精和五香粉太劲爆了!
个人认为五花肉要挑瘦点的好~肥的好油腻哦~

  • 老抽一匙
  • 生抽两匙
  • 绍酒一匙
  • 精盐少许

Steps to make 抄袭成功的:粉蒸肉

  • 1.带皮五花肉刮净毛,洗净沥干。切片前放进冰箱里冰一下会容易切薄片。
  • 2.切薄片的五花肉拌进一匙老抽和绍酒,两匙生抽,蒜粒,少许精盐搅拌腌制1小时以上!土豆、蒸肉粉备用。
  • 3.五花肉腌制了1小时后,起个锅,下很少量的油小火爆香五花肉。
  • 4.爆出香味的五花肉加进小半包蒸肉粉搅拌均匀,每片肉都能沾满蒸肉粉为准。
  • 5.土豆切块,以精盐及少许蒸肉粉搅拌好垫于肉下,水烧开了放进盘子,转小火蒸。
  • 6.盖上锅盖小火蒸半小时或一小时。本人蒸了一小时,肉很绵软好吃。
  • 7.一小时后可出锅了,撒上葱花。蒸的过程注意看锅子里的水有没被蒸发没了。
