Steps to make 蚝油抱子甘蓝

  • 1.将抱子甘蓝洗净,纵向剖开。(也可以在甘蓝上切十字刀整个炒)
  • 2.将蒜切成蒜末。
  • 3.锅内放油烧至六成热放入蒜末爆香。
  • 4.倒入抱子甘蓝翻炒至表面断生。
  • 5.加入适量热水(不要没过甘蓝)煮至甘蓝约八成熟。
  • 6.加入蚝油和适量盐调味,大火收汤后出锅。
