Steps to make 板栗鸡翅煲
- 1.翅尖洗净;翅中剁两半; 加盐和料酒腌制半小时;
- 2.板栗在开水中焯烫一下,去皮洗净;
- 3.蒜切片; 姜切片;
- 4.热油锅,先炒香姜片蒜片,再倒入鸡翅略炒;
- 5.小锅加少许底油,码入板栗和炒过的鸡翅;
- 6.调入1匙料洒、半匙白糖、少许鸡精,再加少量水;
- 7.加盖煲30-40分钟即可,可撒些香菜或葱花~~
