Steps to make 端午卧鸡蛋

  • 1.鸡蛋9个,里脊肉100克,小葱1绺。
  • 2.把里脊和小葱洗净切碎。
  • 3.取一蒸盆(碗),加点油,酱油,盐,肉末,葱花,打上2个鸡蛋,再加点清水,搅拌均匀,最后把剩余鸡蛋打入不能搅动了。
  • 4.锅中水烧开,放入卧好的鸡蛋。
  • 5.盖上盖子,大火8一10分钟左右。
  • 6.蒸好了,薄薄一层8分钟就熟透了,如果蛋放的多要蒸10一12分钟,时间太长就要出蜂窝了,老了就不好吃了。
