Steps to make 奶香胡萝卜排包

  • 1.胡萝卜去皮上锅蒸熟,加少许水放入料理机打成泥备用
  • 2.除黄油外的所有材料放进面包桶,启动和面程序揉成光滑的面团后加入软化的黄油继续一个和面程序
  • 3.揉至完全扩展阶段出现手套膜开始发酵
  • 4.发酵好的面团排气平分成25份
  • 5.取一份面团擀成牛舌状并从一端卷起
  • 6.依次卷好所有的面团后盖上保鲜膜静置15分钟
  • 7.依次把所有的面团揉成光滑的小球放在烤盘中,进烤箱二次发酵
  • 8.发酵好的面团刷上蛋液并撒上椰蓉,烤箱180度预热10分钟再烤20分钟即可,上色满意后加盖锡纸
