[花样包菜]---煎酿包菜
比较特别的煎酿包菜。外面的蛋香和里面的香菇肉馅相互配合,特别美味可口。

  • 香菇20克
  • 蚝油1/2汤匙
  • 少许

Steps to make [花样包菜]---煎酿包菜

  • 1.香菇用水泡发备用。
  • 2.瘦肉剁成肉茸。
  • 3.泡发好的香菇剁碎。
  • 4.将香菇和肉茸放盐,生抽,花生油拌匀。
  • 5.锅烧开水,放入包菜叶烫软。
  • 6.捞起包菜叶过冷。
  • 7.包菜叶沥干水,放肉馅在叶上包成卷。
  • 8.鸡蛋打成蛋液,放包好的包菜卷沾满蛋液。
  • 9.煎锅放少量油,放入包菜卷小火慢煎。煎好一面后,再沾一次蛋液煎另一面。
  • 10.放原来浸泡香菇的水入锅内焖至包菜卷至熟。用另外的炒锅放蚝油勾欠放在煎好的煎酿包菜上面即可。
