菜市场买菜,在菜贩子“随便挑”的喊声中,我把手插进堆成山一样的豆角中翻上来,准备一根一根地挑,这时一双快手在我翻上来的豆角中急速地挑着,我又翻了一波她仍然极速地挑着,全然不顾我的存在,好像是我应该给她翻让她挑似的,我只挑了三根好不啦!我很生气正要对她说,只见一只剪刀从她的胸口下伸出,我吓坏了,不知所措,咔嚓一下她胸前挂个手机被小偷剪走了,我说;我翻上来你挑走、我翻上来你挑走,你该挑完了吧?她狠狠的说;你爱翻不翻我也不是挑你家的豆角呢!我说好吧!你光顾着跟我抢豆角,你也不看看你的手机还有没有了?其实我当时不是因为生气不想告诉她,而且我有点害怕不敢告诉她,那小偷可拿着剪刀呢呀!。 好啦!好吃,好看的翡翠剪刀面分享给大家!

Steps to make 翡翠剪刀面

  • 1.先来馋一下人哈!

  • 3.南瓜洗净去皮切成小方块,波菜洗净切成小段;
  • 4.起蒸锅中大火将南瓜蒸熟,大约25分钟的样子;
  • 5.起煮锅加水煮开放入波菜焯软捞出;
  • 6.南瓜用料理机打成泥状,波菜少许水用搅拌机打成泥状;
  • 7.一半面粉加入南瓜泥和2克盐;
  • 8.别一半面粉倒入菠菜泥和2克盐;
  • 9.用筷子搅成绵絮状后再用手揉成稍硬的面团、松驰半个小时;
  • 10.趁着面团松弛时葱姜切成碎粒,鸡蛋加入一点点盐打散,西红柿洗净去皮切成小块;
  • 11.起炒锅倒入适量的植物油烧热,倒入打散的鸡蛋炒熟成块状盛出;
  • 12.再次起炒锅倒入适量植物油放入少许的花椒粒炒香捞出扔掉;
  • 13.放入葱姜碎爆香、倒入西红柿炒至出沙;
  • 14.倒入适量的开水煮一会儿,倒入炒好的鸡蛋块翻炒均匀,放入少许的盐关火,盖上锅盖备用;
  • 15.取一个黄面团稍轻一下,搓成筒状;
  • 16.左手拿面团右手用剪刀,右手一边剪左手一边转,将面团全部剪成小鱼状;
  • 17.筛上少许的面粉防粘,像这样完成绿面团;
  • 18.全部完成摊在面壁上;
  • 19.起煮锅倒入凉水中火烧开,倒入剪刀面煮至七、八成熟;
  • 20.捞出沥干水分放入碗中;
