Steps to make 萝卜丝酥饼

  • 1.萝卜洗净切丝,香菜,葱,虾皮切碎。萝卜用盐腌20分钟左右;萝卜丝腌好后用手把水挤干,把这一步的材料全部混合在一起,加盐,鸡精,芝麻油拌匀。
  • 2.这是拌好的萝卜丝,备用
  • 3.把170g面里加入60g的油,搅拌匀后,再加入50g的水,和成水油面团。
  • 4.把50g的面加入20g的油,(注:油我用的全是玉米油)和成油成团
  • 5.水油面团和油面团和好后,用保鲜膜包起来,静放30分钟。
  • 6.30分钟后,把水油面和油面团分别分成10小份,把水油面团幹成皮,里面包上油面团,
  • 7.全部包好后,静放10分钟。
  • 8.把面团幹成椭圆型的条条,再卷起来,静放10分钟。
  • 9.再一次把第8步的幹成长条,再卷起来静放10分钟
  • 10.把面团幹成一个个小的圆的薄的片片(像饺子皮)里面包上萝卜丝,封口,整圆,放在铺了油纸的烤盘上,刷上全蛋液,撒上芝麻,就可以放入预热好的烤箱了,220度22分钟左右,就出炉了!
