椰子鸡是我狠喜欢的一种吃法,在南方四季都可以吃,滋补又美味。

Steps to make 椰子鸡火锅

  • 1.鸡肉切成小块,洗去血水
  • 2.椰子从上端开口,倒出椰子水。其实最好是一个老椰子配一个椰青,椰青水特别甜,配上老椰子的椰肉非常好。我这次是选了两个嫩的。
  • 3.过滤掉杂物的椰子水放入姜片
  • 4.椰肉加到椰汁里
  • 5.沙姜刨掉皮
  • 6.如图,把沙姜剁碎,椰肉切条,青柠切开辣椒切圈,蒜米剁碎。在酱油内随个人喜好加入沙姜、蒜米、辣椒和青柠,做成味碟
  • 7.烧开椰子水
  • 8.倒入洗净的鸡肉,煮开
  • 9.撇去浮沫和油脂,可以加入少许盐。吃肉喝汤!
