  • 1.鸡脯肉洗净切丁,加入少量盐、料酒、5克淀粉、葱末、姜末,抓匀后腌制15分钟左右;黄瓜洗净切丁,加少量盐腌制15分钟左右,更脆哦;5克淀粉、料酒、白糖、醋,调成调味汁;花生米洗净、沥干;干辣椒剪小段。
  • 2.炒锅倒入少量植物油,放入花生米炒熟。
  • 3.盛出备用。
  • 4.炒锅留底油,放入干辣椒、豆瓣酱和花椒粒,爆香。
  • 5.放入腌好的鸡肉,快速翻炒。
  • 6.鸡肉变色后,放入调味汁,翻炒均匀。
  • 7.放入黄瓜丁,继续翻炒。
  • 8.倒入花生米,拌匀,关火。
  • 9.完成。
