排骨焖饭

来看这锅排骨焖饭,不但有肉吃,有饭吃,而且营养丰富,只用焖饭的时间,饭啊肉啊都有了!焖饭的时候别闲着,再做两个小菜,一碗汤,很快就能吃上丰盛的午饭或者晚饭啦!

Steps to make 排骨焖饭

  • 1.大米清洗干净,放清水浸泡,水比平时焖饭的水要少三分之一左右
  • 2.排骨剁成小块,清洗干净,胡萝卜刮掉外皮,豌豆我用的冰冻的,用新鲜的更好,这碗排骨有500克,而最后实际用了300克
  • 3.豌豆洗净,和大米同泡
  • 4.排骨入凉水锅中,大火煮开,将其中的杂质煮出来,然后排骨夹出来备用
  • 5.胡萝卜切成滚刀块
  • 6.炒锅中倒少许植物油,将胡萝卜块倒入其中翻炒一分钟
  • 7.将焯水的排骨入锅中翻炒
  • 8.像红烧那样,倒入红烧酱油、盐,翻炒均匀,再倒入少许的热水,开锅后关火
  • 9.将排骨胡萝卜倒入米饭锅中。铺在表面便可以了
  • 10.选择电饭煲上的相应程序,我选用的短粒米,标准口感
  • 11.时间到,揭开锅盖,肉香、饭香,扑面而来,搅拌均匀入碗中食用
  • 12.香气扑鼻
