春节临近,回家的心情越发变得迫切。一年有限的节假日,对我们这些离家在外的游子们来说,显得格外的珍贵。
在家时,吃东西根本不在意什么是特色的、什么是外面吃不到的,只管吃的心满意足。而漂在外后,却时常想起一道道家乡菜,狂吞口水。
东北美食巨多,在北京最常去的就是东北菜馆了,但地道的东北菜馆不是特多,仅限几处而已,沈阳小土豆更是少之又少。
想吃了,跑到很远去吃,却尝不出家里的味道,那今天咱就自己动手满足一下吧。

  • 生抽200ml
  • 八角6粒
  • 老抽50ml

Steps to make 沈阳小土豆

  • 1.准备新鲜的小土豆。(最好选择东北小土豆)
  • 2.准备好尖椒和肉。(选择直挺硬实的尖椒比较好,肉也可以用五花肉)
  • 3.小土豆在水里浸泡一会儿,用刷子刷洗干净。
  • 4.肉切成2厘米左右的方块,葱姜切好、辣椒与香菜洗净备用。
  • 5.锅中放油,烧热后加入八角炒香。
  • 6.转小火,加入姜片与葱段翻炒。
  • 7.待炒出香味后加入肉块翻炒。
  • 8.将肉块的油脂炒出来,表面微微变焦即可。
  • 9.此时可加入花椒粉、白糖、生抽和老抽翻炒一会儿。
  • 10.加入土豆,加入适量的清水。
  • 11.大火烧开后转小火盖盖焖烧40分钟左右。
  • 12.等汤汁变少且浓郁时,加入尖椒和香菜继续焖20分钟即可。
