Steps to make 芝士焗西兰花

  • 1.准备好食材,将芝士切成碎块备用。
  • 2.将土豆切片。
  • 3.上蒸锅蒸熟。
  • 4.西兰花撕成小朵,洗干净。
  • 5.香菇切片。
  • 6.胡萝卜切薄片,用刻花工具压出花朵。
  • 7.剩下的边角料切成粒。
  • 8.蒸熟的土豆压成泥,铺一层土豆泥、放一些西兰花、玉米粒、香菇片、胡萝卜粒撒上一层芝士碎,继续放一层菜一层芝士,最上面撒些胡萝卜花装饰。
  • 9.入烤箱上下火200度烤15-20分钟。
  • 10.烤熟后取出晾凉即可。
