    Steps to make 家庭自制辣条

    • 1.将人造肉用水泡发,切成条状
    • 2.凉油下锅,炸至金黄色
    • 3.捞出于盘中
    • 4.留少量油于炒锅,中火,加入辣椒两勺,白糖一勺半,十三香半勺多,一小勺陈醋。炒出香味(避免辣椒糊掉,千万不要开大火)。倒入适量开水。关火。放入适量盐和味精。(避免大火放入味精,对身体不好。)
    • 5.将炸好的人造肉倒入锅中,搅拌均匀。盖上锅盖焖一会儿。
    • 6.装盘就可以辣~
