奶酥粒面包
奶酥粒其实就是黄油和糖粉为主的小颗粒,从成分上说有点像夹心饼干中的奶油夹心,配上软软的面包,一定更加好吃呢!

  • 高筋粉200g
  • 白砂糖30g
  • 食盐1g
  • 酵母3g
  • 牛奶40g
  • 淡奶油100g
  • 黄油20g
  • 糖粉30g
  • 低筋粉50g
  • 奶粉5g
  • 黄油40g

Steps to make 奶酥粒面包

  • 1.面团除了黄油之外的所有原料混合起来,揉成团之后加入黄油,揉出来薄膜
  • 2.放到一边发酵到两倍大小,戳洞不回缩
  • 3.做奶酥粒:30g糖粉加入50g低筋粉和5g奶粉混合均匀
  • 4.加入融化的40g黄油
  • 5.用手搓成颗粒状即可
  • 6.发酵好的面团分割成小剂子,我为了省事直接放进了纸杯里面
  • 7.进行半小时左右的二次发酵,撒上奶酥粒放进烤箱里面,上下火中层,170度20分钟即可~
