Steps to make 苏伯汤

  • 1.准备食材:牛肉是之前做好的酱牛肉,很软烂。卷心菜、西红柿、香菜在淡盐水中浸泡10分钟,然后洗净,土豆去皮洗净。
  • 2.卷心菜切丝,土豆切条,西红柿可以开水烫一下去皮,一个切块。
  • 3.另一个切丁,便于炒制成番茄汁,比加番茄酱更有营养,而且颜色和味道都很浓郁。小葱去皮洗净切碎。
  • 4.炒锅加入适量的油,爆香葱花,下入西红柿丁翻炒,炒出浓郁的番茄汁。
  • 5.加入准备好的卷心菜丝、土豆条和西红柿翻炒,炒至卷心菜变色。
  • 6.加入适量的水,下入熟牛肉一起炖,大火烧开,小火炖3~5分钟就好。喜欢喝汤可以多加一点水,西红柿放得多,汤汁的颜色就浓郁。
  • 7.加入香菜。
  • 8.加盐、糖、胡椒粉、蘑菇粉调味,如果感觉汤汁不够浓郁,可以加点番茄酱调味。
  • 9.出锅,喜欢的还可以加点香油。
