咱好久没吃鸡爪了啊,本来早上去菜场想着买鸭翅来吃的,可惜没卖了,咱找不到。

算了算了,大不了换成鸡爪好了,入口软糯啊,一咬就脱骨了啊!吮指啊,刚出锅就被我消灭了几只....  

用啤酒来做,根本就吃不出鸡得那股腥味,好棒啊!

都知道吃猪蹄补胶原蛋白,可是油腻,减肥的MM们都不敢吃。

可是鸡爪也照样有胶原蛋白啊,咱也照样美容,又不发胖,也不油腻。既可以做为菜来吃,又可以当零食来吃解解嘴馋呢。

    Steps to make 啤酒凤爪 (超详细)

    • 1.鸡爪卖来洗净后,去掉脚趾,在鸡脚蹼切一刀容易入味(如图)。
    • 2.准备香叶,八角,桂皮,姜蒜切片。(姜片稍多点)
    • 3.锅里倒凉水没过鸡爪再放入两片姜片。
    • 4.盖上锅盖煮至水烧开。喜欢吃有嚼劲点的水开后就可以捞出了,我喜欢吃软糯点的,水开后又继续煮了5分钟。
    • 5.煮好的鸡爪一定要用凉水冲洗干净后泡会(不让等下入锅就容易粘在一起)。
    • 6.锅里倒凉油,中小火,放1勺白糖炒糖色。
    • 7.炒到白糖稍稍溶化继续炒。
    • 8.等到变成淡黄色之后就可以了。(如图)
    • 9.鸡爪沥干水分放入锅内翻炒,让鸡爪均匀地沾上糖。
    • 10.炒至鸡爪稍稍有点金黄色即可。
    • 11.放入配料继续翻炒香。
    • 12.再加入酱油,盐,料酒,老抽一点点,继续炒匀。
    • 13.倒入1厅啤酒,盖上锅盖煮5分钟左右,中途记得开盖炒匀。
    • 14.等汤汁稍稍浓稠后,加点胡椒粉,辣椒粉,鸡精,大火收汁,可出锅了。
