Steps to make 南瓜紫薯早餐包

  • 1.牛奶、鸡蛋等液体依次加入面包桶,加入盐和白糖,筛入高筋面粉,加入酵母,加入南瓜泥,启动两个和面程序,然后再启动酸奶程序,选择发酵60分钟
  • 2.发酵好的面团取出排气揉匀
  • 3.均匀的分成8个小面团,盖上保鲜膜饧15分钟
  • 4.紫薯泥加入白糖和熟糯米粉揉匀
  • 5.做成大一点的馅团
  • 6.取一个面团压扁,包上紫薯馅
  • 7.全部包好的早餐包码入烤盘
  • 8.入烤箱二次发酵,45度40分钟
  • 9.发酵好的面团取出刷上蛋液,撒上椰蓉
  • 10.烤箱预热,160度上下火烤20分钟
  • 11.出炉。
