  • 1.准备材料。
  • 2.准备味噌。
  • 3.将蛤蜊泡水吐沙,清洗干净。
  • 4.海带清洗干净,切菱形块。
  • 5.豆腐切厚片。
  • 6.鲜虾去虾线,清洗干净。
  • 7.煮锅中加水,将海带、白玉菇放入煮开锅。
  • 8.下入豆腐煮熟。
  • 9.下入蛤蜊、鲜虾一同煮,煮至蛤蜊开口,鲜虾变色加两汤匙味噌搅拌至味噌化开。吃时撒少许香葱即可。
