原汁原味的双椒干焗鸡

Steps to make 原汁原味的双椒干焗鸡

  • 1.鸡买回来后洗净,去头、脚后用厨房纸吸干水分待用。
  • 2.把花椒和盐放入锅中,小火翻炒,等花椒炒出香味,盐微黄就可盛出。
  • 3.加入黑胡椒碎拌匀后均匀地抹在鸡身上,肚子里也要抹,然后给鸡做全身按摩。按摩后腌制止一个半小时。
  • 4.然后把老姜、葱放入鸡肚子里面。
  • 5.砂锅用两大张锡纸十字交叉地铺满整个锅且要延展到锅外,把烤架也用锡纸包上,放入砂锅内。
  • 6.把腌好的鸡放到架子上。
  • 7.大火干锅焗5分钟,转中小火30分钟,时间差不多的时候用筷子戳一下,肉很厚的地方能戳动就可以熄火了。直到手摸上去微温就可以把鸡拿出来了
  • 8.真正的原汁原味的双椒干烧鸡来了。肉质非常的嫩,烧的时候就发出阵阵诱人的香味了。
