泰式酸辣凤爪
这是一道颇有东南亚风味的美食,辣而不腻,很爽口

  • 鸡脚6个
  • 干木耳8朵左右(我用的是小的)
  • 黄瓜1个
  • 酱油少许
  • 大蒜一瓣
  • 葱花3根
  • 小红尖椒3个
  • 少许
  • 柠檬半个
  • 白糖少量
  • 鱼露少许
  • 鸡粉一点点

Steps to make 泰式酸辣凤爪

  • 1.准备材料,木耳泡发,只用几朵就可以了,我这么多是还有拿一大半炒菜。葱姜蒜切好备用。
  • 2.先把鸡脚洗干净,切去指甲,剖成两半。
  • 3..锅里放水和鸡脚煮,水开后撇去浮沫,然后煮5分钟左右。鸡脚很容易熟不要煮太久,煮太短又会过硬难入味
  • 4.把煮好的鸡脚捞出放着冰水里面冰镇,这样可以让鸡脚比较有嚼头。
  • 5.把泡好的木耳切两半,放水里用中火煮,煮8分钟左右就可以了。
  • 6.黄瓜拍一下切成块。
  • 7.把鸡脚,黄瓜,木耳全部放入大碗里。
  • 8.放入葱花,蒜粒,辣椒,放少许酱油,白糖,鱼露,挤进半个柠檬汁,一点点盐和鸡精,拌均就可以了
  • 9.这道菜也是到餐厅里吃到的,一吃就爱上了它。现在也成了我们的一道家常菜,自己做出来味道也非常棒,每次都是一抢而空意犹未尽,柠檬的酸不刺激,很清爽加上辣真的是一道很好的下饭菜。
  • 10.辣椒多少可以根据自己的喜好去放
