面包机版抹茶蔓越莓土司

Steps to make 面包机版抹茶蔓越莓土司

  • 1.准备食材:高筋粉300克,砂糖40克,酵母3克,奶粉10克,盐3克,鸡蛋一个,清水130克,抹茶粉3克,蔓越莓干适量,黄油30克。
  • 2.先放温水、鸡蛋,对角放糖、盐,再放高筋粉、奶粉,酵母。
  • 3.选择和面程序,待完成后加入软化的黄油。再选择一个和面程序。
  • 4.两个和面程序即可揉出手套膜。
  • 5.将和好的面拿出三分之二,在剩下的面团中加入溶好的抹茶 搅拌均匀,把两块面团分别盖湿布放室温发酵至两倍大。
  • 6.把松弛好的两块面分别擀成长条型。
  • 7.将抹茶面皮放在原味面皮上,在抹茶色面皮上均匀撒上蔓越莓干。
  • 8.轻轻卷起,并封好底边和两边,放入面包桶里盖上湿布进行二次发酵。
  • 9.二次发酵结束,启动烘烤程序,并提前10分钟结束烘烤以免面包皮过厚
