*Large particle strawberry jam*

1. Remove the stem of the strawberry and wash it clean.

2. Cut the strawberry into four or five petals.

3. Add three handfuls of white sugar.

4. Mix the white sugar well and marinate for ten minutes.

5. In a non stick pan without water or oil, add strawberry chunks and pickled water and start stir frying.

6. Stir fry until the soup is thick, and the strawberries lose their moisture without a firm shape.

7. Take it out and have a look.

8. Large particles are very satisfying.

9. It can be placed in yogurt. Become a fruit yogurt.

10. Put ice cream on top.

11. Put pie on the cake.

12. Strawberry egg tarts can be baked.
