  • 1.准备材料,黄油切小块提前软化至轻易戳洞。蔓越莓切碎备用。
  • 2.软化好的黄油用打蛋器打到黄油体积变大,颜色变淡。蓬松羽毛状。分3-4次加常温蛋黄液,每次都要打发至完全融合再加下一次,直到全部加完。
  • 3.打发完后黄油糊细腻有光泽,轻盈,颜色偏白。
  • 4.筛入低筋面粉和奶粉。
  • 5.用刮刀切拌往盆边按压的方式,搅拌均匀至没有干粉。倒入蔓越莓碎。
  • 6.揉成团。
  • 7.预热烤箱,上下170度。烤盘垫油纸。分成20克一个,搓圆略按平。刷上适量全蛋液,撒上黑芝麻。
  • 8.放入预热好的烤箱中层,165度,烤20分钟左右。
  • 9.烤完取出冷凉,密封打包就可以啦!
