Steps to make 芒果果酱

  • 1.准备食材
  • 2.切开芒果(从芒果核的两侧各切一刀,这样芒果会被切成三部分:核、两侧果肉各一份;拿出其中的一侧果肉,划果肉为井字刀法,不要穿透芒果皮。手在芒果皮的一面轻轻一顶,果肉随芒果皮就会拱起来)
  • 3.用小刀把拱起的果肉轻轻剔下来
  • 4.芒果和冰糖(或白糖)放煮锅内
  • 5.加一点点水煮
  • 6.把准备好的柠檬切开挤汁儿
  • 7.等芒果煮到黏稠了加入柠檬汁煮。
  • 8.搅拌器辅助一下,果酱会更细腻。
  • 9.继续煮几分钟就可以了
