萌萌的奶瓶焦糖布丁
有很多人都很喜欢布丁的味道,顺滑可口,甜甜的却不腻,吃过之后味道就留在唇齿之间,让人回味无穷~

Steps to make 萌萌的奶瓶焦糖布丁

  • 1.1. 牛奶、细砂糖隔水加热,加热的时候不停搅拌至砂糖融化,然后晾至温热。(图1)
  • 2.2. 加入鸡蛋,搅拌均匀,布丁液就做好了。(图2)
  • 3.3. 布丁液过筛。(图3)
  • 4.4. 加入几滴香草精。(图4)
  • 5.5. 锅里放入焦糖配料的糖和水,中火加热,不停搅拌,刚开始会起大泡,继续熬煮,煮至糖浆变成浅琥珀色。(颜色太深焦糖会发苦哦!)(图5)
  • 6.6. 焦糖液倒入布丁模。(图6)
  • 7.7. 布丁液倒入容器。(图7) 预热烤箱,160度,烤盘注入热水,放入布丁瓶,水要超过布丁液一半,40分钟左右,布丁液凝固即可。冷却后冷藏保存。
