蕃茄鱼块
十一点多才去菜市场,本想买草鱼回来煮汤做鱼丸儿,去的太晚了,没有买到,买一条鲤鱼。不能原计划进行了,要换做法。
鲤鱼肉质细嫩,直接做鱼块吧。家里有孩子,什么菜都要考虑孩子的口味,不能放辣椒,也不能用豆瓣,加个西红柿做酸甜口吧。

    Steps to make 蕃茄鱼块

    • 1.材料图
    • 2.将鱼去头去尾。斩成连骨小块,加料酒盐葱姜碎生抽腌上。
    • 3.葱姜切碎,西红柿切块
    • 4.取一净盘,倒淀粉,将腌过的鱼块逐一裹上干淀粉。
    • 5.炒锅倒油烧热,下鱼块炸至表面变黄。
    • 6.锅底留油,炒香葱姜。
    • 7.下西红柿块翻炒至出沙。
    • 8.将炸好的鱼块回锅,倒入之前腌鱼的汤水,再酌量加热水或者鱼汤。
    • 9.加糖和醋调味,小火煨至汤汁将干。出锅撒葱花即可。
