  • 绿茶粉5克
  • 芝麻1克
  • 糖粉1克

Steps to make 慕斯提拉米苏

  • 1.将花生米和麦片糖擀碎!
  • 2.黄油隔热水融化!
  • 3.把黄油和花生碎调到一起,铺入慕斯圈内,压实!放入冰箱冷藏三小时以上!慕斯圈底部我用保鲜膜封住了!
  • 4.奶油奶酪切碎和白糖一起!
  • 5.打碎均匀!
  • 6.吉利丁片放入水中泡软,隔热水融化!
  • 7.奶油打发好!七成就可以!
  • 8.将冷藏好的花生碎拿出,草莓对切摆到慕斯圈外边围好!
  • 9.将奶油和打发好的奶油奶酪搅拌在一起,搅拌均匀!
  • 10.再倒入融化好的吉利丁片水,搅拌均匀!
  • 11.倒入慕斯圈内,摸清表面,冷藏一晚上,去除之后筛入绿茶粉,放上做好的雪人草莓!
  • 12.雪人草莓步骤:草莓切去根部,然后从中间切开!
  • 13.如图!

  • 15.筛入糖粉,围上手指饼干,就可以了!此为成品图!
