    Steps to make 羊汤

    • 1.准备原料。
    • 2.羊肉切成指甲盖大的薄皮,凉水下锅焯一下。
    • 3.焯到发白捞出。
    • 4.焯好的羊肉片。
    • 5.换干净的热水,加少许干辣椒,葱,姜片,花椒开小火煮制。
    • 6.羊肉片煮熟后捞出花椒粒放入胡萝卜丝和粉条继续煮。
    • 7.粉条煮至透明就熟了。
    • 8.碗里加盐,味精,胡椒粉,老抽,香油,葱末,香菜末调匀。
    • 9.把调好的碗汁倒入锅中,关火拌匀即可。
